We pass through the Sherpa traditional and adventure villages- Namche Bazaar and Khumjung to the Gokyo Valley and the Ngozumpa Glacier, the largest in Nepal Himalaya. A scramble ascent nearby Gokyo Ri (5483m.) gives closer view of the world’s 6th highest peak, Mt. Cho Oyu (8201m.). A high altitude trekking option is available here, crossing Chola (Chhugyuma) at 5420m, a high pass into Khumbu region. Descending to Phortse, make a high traverse to the village of Pangboche and climb on towards Everest Base Camp. The return route leads through Dingboche and Tengpoche before descending the Khumbu Valley to Lukla.

01
Day 01: Kathmandu- 1340M (Arrival day and Transfer to hotel) - Hotel

Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, you will be warmly greeted by a representative from the trekking company. They will then accompany you to your hotel, where you will check-in and have the opportunity to rest after your travels. You will stay at the hotel overnight, giving you a chance to acclimatize to the new time zone and prepare for your trekking adventure.

Day 02: Fly to Lukla (2840M) & Trek to Phakding (2800M) - Approx.4 hrs- Lodge (B/L/D)

After enjoying an early morning breakfast, we will embark on a short and scenic flight of approximately 40 minutes to reach Lukla. During the flight, if weather conditions permit, you will have the opportunity to witness the breathtaking views of the towering Mountains and deep gorges that lie ahead. As we commence our trek from Lukla, we will be walking alongside the Dudh Koshi River, Offering stunning views of the crystal clear mountains such as Mt. Nupla (5885m), Kusum Kangaru (6367m), and the Kwongde mountain range.After an easy two-hour walk, we will arrive at the charming village of Phakding where we will be spending the night at a comfortable Tea house lodge.

Day 03: Trek to Namche Bazzar (3440M) - Approx- 6 hrs- Lodge (B/L/D)

On day 4, we will begin our trek from Phakding village and follow the Dudh Koshi River northwards. We will cross a small suspension bridge twice before reaching Monjo village, which is the entrance of Sagarmatha National Park. From here, we will ascend towards Jorsalle, passing by waterfalls and scenic spots. The village of Jorsalle is surrounded by a beautiful forest of Rhododendron, Magnolia, and Fir trees. Continuing our ascent, we will reach the stunning village of Namche Bazaar (3440m). This village offers breathtaking views and is the perfect place to spend our second night on the trek.

Day 04: Trek to Syangboche, Rest/Acclimatization and Back to Namche Bazzar- approx 3 hrs- Lodge (B/L/D)

On this day, we will take a short trek to Syangboche from Namche and return back to Namche. There will be ample time to explore theNational Park Head office, Museum, and other monasteries. You can also indulge in your personal interests at the cafes, shops, bakeries or restaurants. Namche Bazaar also provides essential services like a post office, hospital, government health post, 24-hour electricity and water supply, and high-speed internet access. This is the night to stay at a lodge in Namche Bazaar.

Day 05: Trek to Dole (4200M) - Approx 4/5 hrs- Lodge (B/L/D)

We will trek to Dole today by following the same route to Base camp until Sanasa. Then, we will ascend up to Mongla (4000m) from where you can enjoy panoramic views of various mountains. The trail then steeply descends passing through Phortse Tenga and finally climbs steeply to Dole. You will get to experience the beautiful rhododendron and birch forest festooned with hanging mosses and lichens during the trek. We will stay overnight at a Tea house lodge.

Day 06: Trek to MachherMo (4470M) - Approx 4 hrs- Lodge (B/L/D)

Leaving Dole, we will gradually ascend through the valley, surrounded by small bushes which transition to juniper as we gain altitude. The trail passes through several summer settlements for grazing yaks. You will enjoy stunning views of Cho Oyu and peaks of Kantega and Thamserku. Overnight we stay at a tea house lodge.

Day 07: Trek to Gokyo- Lodge (B/L/D)

We continue our journey towards the magnificent Gokyo lakes, taking a picturesque path through Pangka and following a river flowing down from the Ngozumpa Glacier. After ascending a rocky slope, we reach the first holy lake and eventually arrive at the stunning Gokyo with its breathtaking scenery. Our overnight stay will be at a comfortable tea house lodge

Day 08: Trek to Gokyo Ri and Back to Gokyo - Lodge (B/L/D)

Gokyo Ri looms above the village on the northern edge of the lake. After having breakfast we will leave camp, following a steep path up the hillside. As we ascend, the summits of Everest,Lhotse and Makalu slowly come into sight and the view from the summit of Gokyo Ri itself, is one of the finest to be had in the Everest region. After lunch we will trek back to Gokyo. Overnight at tea house lodge.

Day 09: Trek to Dragnak- Approx 3 hrs- Lodge (B/L/D)

We will trek to Dragnak from Gokyo. It’s a beautiful journey that will take us through stunning landscapes and amazing scenery. We will spend the night at a comfortable tea house lodge in Dragnak.

Day 10: Trek to Cho-la Pass (5368M) & Trek to Dzongla (4860M) - approx 7/8 hrs- Lodge (B/L/D)

We begin our trek to Cho-la pass from Dragnak, which offers magnificent views of the surrounding mountains. the challenging climb to the top of the pass is rewarded with breathtaking views of the Himalayas. We then descend towards Dzongla, where we will spend the night in a cozy tea house lodge

Day 11: Trek to Gorakshep (5170M)

After lunch at Gorakshep, we will embark on the thrilling journey to the Everest Base Camp. The trail is covered with rocky dunes, streams, and moraine. The Base Camp provides a glimpse into the extreme weather conditions that mountaineers endure to conquer this majestic peak. We will explore the surrounding glaciers before returning to Gorakshep for the night.

Day 12: Trek to Kalapathar (5545M) & Trek back down to Pheriche (4280M) - approx 6/7 hrs- Lodge (B/L/D)

Today’s trail is a long one, lasting about 7-8 hours. In the morning, we’ll make our way to Kalapathar for Stunning views of Mt. Everest and surrounding peaks such as Mt. Pumori and Mt. Lhotse. The climb is well worth it for the 360-degree panoramic view. After taking in the sights; we’ll have a relatively easy 2-hour walk to reach Pheriche. Overnight at tea house lodge.

Day 13: Trek to Tengboche (3860M) - Approx.4/5 hrs- Lodge (B/L/D)

We descend through the valley of Imja Khola, passing through Dingboche, Tsura, Orsho and Shomare, and arrive at Pangboche, the highesyear-round settlement in the valley. At the viewpoint, we can see stunning peaks including Amadablam (6856m), Everest (8848m), Nuptse (7861m), and Lhotse (8501m). We also visit the famous Tengboche Monastery, the largest in the Khumbu region.

Day 14: Trek to Manju (2800M) - Approx 6 hrs- Lodge (B/L/D)

Our journey today takes us back down the trail towards the village of Manju. As we descend, we’ll have stunning views of the mountains we’ve come to know so well during our trek. We’ll rest at a cozy tea house lodge in Manju, ready for the next leg of our adventure.

Day 15: Trek to Lukla- 5 hrs- Lodge (B/L/D)

Today, we will trek down from Manju to Lukla, through lush green forests and local Sherpa villages. While the path is mostly downhill, the impact on the knees can be significant. We will cross a high suspension bridge and enjoy stunning mountain scenery along the way. Upon arrival in Lukla, we will have the chance to rest and reflect on our incredible journey. Overnight stay in Lukla.

Day 16: Fly to Kathmandu & Transfer to hotel, relax day after Long Trip- Hotel (B/B)

After an exciting trek, we will fly back to Kathmandu that will take approximately 40 minutes. In case of unfavorable weather in Lukla, we will have a spare day. In the evening, we will have a farewell dinner where we can discuss your future travel plans.

Day 17: Final departure

Our company representative will escort you to the airport approximately 2 hours before your flight departure.
