Dhampus peak is also famous for another name Thapa peak. The climbing to this peak is technically easy from the classic route of trekking. 5200 m is its height lies on north east peak Dhaulagiri. Gurung village is the main community of this area. Dense forest of different species of plants where birds and animals can be seen playing on its own nature along with ever flowing rivers. Many spectacular view of Stuning Mountain can be seen on the way to this climb. Machhapuchhre Himal, Dhampus Himal and Annapurna Himal ranges will surely refresh you while you get tired on your way. Route of Kaligandaki River is main trial of Dhampus peak climbing.

Both starting and ending point of our climb is Kathmandu. Tikhedhunga, Ghorepani, Tatopani, Ghasa, Tukuche are some of very beautiful village through which we pass to climb this peak. Most of these villages are of gurung community. Great experience can be done form this trek. Autumn and spring season is the most suitable season to climb this peak because Natural beauty is present and amazing view of sky touching Mountain can be observed with favorable weather.

Dhampus peak climbing is regarded as moderate peak climbing but also our physical structure should be very good. Day 04: Pokhara to Nayapul (drive) and to Tikhedhunga (trek)

Day 05: Tikhedhunga to Ghorepani

Day 06:  Ghorepani to Poon hill to Tatopani

Day 07: Tatopani to Ghasa

Day 08: Ghasa to Tukuche

Day 09: Tukuche to base camp

Day 10: Dhampus peak base camp to high camp

Day 11: High camp to Summit and back to base camp

Day 12: Base camp to Jomsom

Day 13: Jomsom to Pokhara

Day 14:  Pokhara to Kathmandu

Cost Includes

  • Airport / Hotel / Airport pick up & drop by private car or van. It is depend of the group.
  • Two nights standard accommodation in 2/3 star category hotel in Kathmandu located tourist center, or up to you.
  • Meals on full board (Breakfast, lunch and dinner) during the in trekking
  • Local fresh fruits like orange, apple, banana and grape etc.
  • All accommodations during the trek.
  • Everest trekking map.
  • Both ways domestic flight from Kathmandu/ Lukla/ Kathmandu with airport tax.
  • An experienced Government licensed holder guide and porter to carry your luggage during the trek.
